Job Description:
We’re hiring directly for a commission-only Sales Agent role focused purely on cold calling small businesses across Spain. No admin work, no emailing, and no online meetings — just real conversations and real sales.
* What You’ll Do:Make outbound cold calls to small businesses across Spain.
* Introduce our simple digital service (no technical knowledge needed – full training provided)
* Handle rejections with confidence and maintain consistent daily activity
* Convert conversations into sales and earn uncapped commission
* What We’re Looking For:Strong work ethic, consistency, and willingness to pick up the phone
* Resilience and the ability to handle “no” without giving up
* Experience in cold calling is a plus, but not essential
