A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs. Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIESThe following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member :
OverallSupport the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communicationMentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skillingHelp identify opportunities to further improve efficiency or quality of work deliveredProactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectivelySupport senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the teamProactive analysis of data, and quality assurance of Junior SEO squad members’ delivery outputDefine optimisation strategies for customersOwn the day-to-day delivery of SEO work against customer objectivesWork towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through the communication of day-to-day performance management and strategies for short-term performance improvementAdvocate best practices in processes and tasks required to support SEO deliveryHelp deliver more complicated tasks i.E. across technical, analytics deliverablesAbility to discuss and present technical recommendations and opportunitiesOwn projects from sales support to deliveryActively contribute to client retention and growth by demonstrating the value of the activityUnderstand and be able to explain SEO best practicesLead meetings and communication around day-to-day delivery for clientsDemonstrate more than technical competency, for example, commercial awareness, or project management skillsREQUIREMENTS ExperienceAs a guide 2 years+ support SEO tasks and deliveryAbility to leverage tools and processes to further improve our product and service offeringAdvocate and demonstrable impact on insights and deliverySkills & KnowledgeDrives successful results for themselves and for their team members on their customersBuilds strong relationships with customersOwnership of a customer’s KPIsAble to carry out different kinds of work, including strategy, planning and implementing a plan across customersAble to carry out quality assurance of junior team members' workNaturally curious and starting to challenge the way things are done in a mature and professional wayBasic delegation of tasks which would usually be handled by junior team membersAdditional Job Details :
