Based in sunny Palma de Mallorca, you’ll lead our travel packages - set prices, ensure smooth bookings, craft compelling descriptions, run online marketing, track trends, monitor competition, and create promotions that sell, keeping our offers fresh and exciting
1. Managing procurement and pricing for all package offers
2. Ensuring seamless bookability and accuracy of all offerings
3. Expanding and refining the range of available packages
4. Crafting compelling product descriptions and driving marketing initiatives, with a focus on online sales
5. Conducting competitor analyses and implementing strategic promotions to boost sales
6. Monitoring booking trends and performance to inform decision-making

Requirements
7. Completed professional training or a degree in tourism, with a strong passion for the travel industry
8. Open to career changers from travel agencies, hospitality, or tour guiding
9. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); Spanish skills are a plus
10. Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
11. Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new digital tools
12. Located in Mallorca, Spain
