Listening & Insights - Evolve & Embed
- Identify new technology providers that integrate with HRIS and provide leading edge AI functionalities.
- Evolve and embed continuous listening strategy across the employee experience journey.
- Analyse listening data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across geographies and functions.
- Translate feedback into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for business leaders.
- Support stakeholder capability through training, toolkits, and advisory sessions.
- Monitor key metrics (e.G., engagement scores, response rates, sentiment) and report on progress and impact.
- Collaborate with TM and P&C; teams to ensure feedback informs talent, culture, and leadership strategies.
EVP - Embed
- Drive the embedding of EVP across the employee lifecycle, building on existing initiatives.
- Use data to assess EVP resonance and effectiveness across different employee segments.
- Collaborate with TM, L&D;, and P&C; teams to co-create experiences that reflect and reinforce our EVP.
- Scope and deliver EVP-related projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and culture.
- Track and report on EVP impact using engagement data, retention metrics, and qualitative feedback.
Employee Experience Journey
- Lead the design and development of Moments That Matter framework, identifying key touchpoints across the employee journey.
- Collaborate with TM, L&D;, and P&C; teams to define, prioritize, and co-create experiences around onboarding, career transitions, development, recognition, and other critical moments.
- Pay particular attention to senior leaders, high potentials, and successors, ensuring their experience is differentiated, strategic, and aligned with development goals.
- Use journey mapping, feedback data, and employee insights to shape inclusive and impactful experiences.
- Establish measurement criteria and feedback loops to assess the effectiveness of each moment.
- Ensure alignment with EVP and integration into broader talent and learning strategies.
