Flight Dispatcher – Business Aviation
Location: San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid) | Full-time | Immediate start
Shift pattern: rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
• Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00 (on site)
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Weekends off scheduled according to team rotation
Once the initial training period is completed, afternoon and weekend shifts can be performed remotely

Are you passionate about aviation and looking for a role where your work makes a difference from day one? We’re currently looking for a Flight Dispatcher to join our team in San Sebastián de los Reyes (Madrid) .
What you’ll do:
You’ll work alongside a team of six dispatchers and be directly responsible for the safe and efficient coordination of our private jet operations. Your tasks will include:
Flight planning and securing regulatory approvals
Ground handling, crew accommodation and transport coordination
Real-time flight monitoring
Supporting the continuous improvement of operational procedures
Order Fuel Release
Arrange and coordinate over flight permissions
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business aviation and ground operations
Fluency in Spanish and English (essential); German is a plus
Proficiency with flight planning tools (PPS, Foreflight or similar)
Proactive, service-minded and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
Strong team spirit and willingness to take initiative
