Position: Customer Master Data Specialist
Location: Barcelona
Responsibilities:
* Manage the administration of all Customer-related data.
* Process all Customer Master Data inputs and changes.
* Handle data entry requests and queries.
* Ensure service quality levels meet expectations.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Identify and communicate data gaps, queries, and errors.
* Maintain a high standard of customer service.
* Support improvement programs and the implementation of price increase initiatives.
* Inform supervisors of issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as contract renewals.
* Act as the primary contact with the country-based account management, commercial, and query teams.
Qualifications:
* Native or advanced proficiency in Polish; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Understanding of customer administration across different countries.
* Strong customer focus.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook; willingness to learn SAP for data handling and reporting.
* Ability to work independently and in a team, building strong stakeholder relationships.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to adhere to global work procedures.
