Experteer Overview As a Cloud Solution Architect, you guide customers and partners in shaping scalable, AI-enabled engagement architectures. You will work with senior business and IT stakeholders to modernise customer journeys and enable low-code agility across CE and CCaaS solutions. You’ll balance technical depth with advisory influence, delivering secure, resilient architectures and driving adoption of AI capabilities. - Significant experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Digital Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions
- Proven ability to design and deliver secure, scalable end-to-end solutions across cloud and platforms
- Strong Power Platform experience with ALM and deployment pipelines
- Hands-on telemetry and data analysis using Application Insights and KQL to monitor production performance
- Extensibility expertise using JavaScript and C# plugins
