Job Purpose
Maintain and improve the ecosystem of the Revenue Department in accordance with Vueling policy to have robust and efficient systems.
Main Accountabilities
* Guarantee the proper functioning of critical external systems.
* Minimize downtime and ensure prompt resolution of incidents in revenue systems.
* Enhance system efficiency, robustness, and reliability.
* Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
* Foster organizational learning, transparency, and regulatory compliance.
* Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee’s hand.
Main Responsibilities – Tasks
* Monitor, maintain, and ensure the correct operation of external systems with external vendors.
* Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents in internal revenue systems, or escalate them to IT as needed.
* Participate in initiatives to automate processes and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the revenue team’s workflows.
* Document processes, incidents, and solutions to facilitate knowledge transfer and compliance.
* Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to the job.
Main Relationships
* IT, Data Science & Analytics, Data, Pricing, External Providers/Vendors, Route Optimization Team and Ancillaries.
Education
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, data science, engineering or a related field.
* Python or SQL knowledge.
Experience
* Minimum of 1–2 years of progressive experience as revenue analyst.

* Spanish C1
