We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global HR processes and policies. This role plays a key part in HR cross-functional activity, ensuring standardization, efficiency, optimisation and proper documentation across all HR practices. The idóneo candidate will leverage data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making and will manage cross-functional projects using agile methodologies, fostering collaboration with global stakeholders.
Design, implement, and continuously improve global HR policies and processes, ensuring they are properly documented and effectively communicated. Establish and maintain governance frameworks for HR processes and procedures to promote global standardization and operational efficiency. Ensure the completion of key HR transformation and cross-functional projects, aligned with the global HR strategy, by coordinating the execution and implementation. Conduct data analysis to generate strategic insights and drive optimization in HR processes, translating data into actionable recommendations. Provide consultative support to HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance ways of working and project execution. Apply agile methodologies in project delivery and promote collaborative working practices. Manage the HR knowledge base strategy, ensuring all master documents and materials are regularly updated and accessible.
