Overview
Following an initial period of rapid expansion since PredictBy was founded in June 2022, we are now looking to expand our team. We would like to find a talented and dedicated Corporate Services Officer to contribute to our diverse health-related projects.

As a Corporate Services Officer, you will be part of our multidisciplinary, dynamic and growing team in Barcelona, with a collaborative environment where we share knowledge, experience and views in close collaboration with our partners and clients.
As a Corporate Services Officer, your key tasks and responsibilities will be :
* Maintain and implement HR-related policies including medical checks, onboarding, and employee records.
* Coordinate recruitment, hiring processes, and onboarding / termination of team members.
* Support in employee contract management, absence tracking, and other administrative tasks using Holded.
* Provide logistical and organizational support for internal team sessions and activities.
* Manage the supply and maintenance of office resources, supervise equipment, and oversee office services and external suppliers.
* Manage recurrent invoices, payments and expense records and oversee reconciliation processes.
* Ensure accurate income and expense tracking in alignment with bank statements and accounting systems.
* Support in monthly reporting cycles and audits.
* Ensure legal and tax documentation is accurate and up to date.
* Assist with submissions to authorities.
Required skills and experience
* Knowledge or experience in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in accounting, legal administration, or office management roles.
* Good knowledge of accounting platforms (such as Holded, BBVA systems or similar).
* Familiarity with HR procedures and tools.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with digital tools.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
* Commitment to an open and collaborative team atmosphere.
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) (C1)

* Salary : 26.000 EUR gross / year (FTE) plus an array of benefits, including office lunch, complementary refreshments and a bonus scheme.
* Location : Barcelona. Please note that appointments will require having the right to work in the EU.
