Your role
We are considering a Guest Host – Front Office with barista and bartender skills, responsible for providing professional and attentive guest services while managing front desk operations at our hotel in Bucharest. This role combines guest‑facing reception duties with high‑quality beverage preparation and service, creating a welcoming and social atmosphere in shared hotel spaces. The position requires autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable stay.
Your Journey
* Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in common areas, delivering warm, friendly, and personalized service.
* Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, cocktails, and other drinks following hotel standards and recipes.
* Manage front desk tasks independently, including reservations, check‑in/check‑out, and guest services according to hotel policies.
* Create a welcoming environment by engaging with guests, anticipating needs, and enhancing their overall experience.
* Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and communicate restocking requirements.
* Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
* Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, and guest profiles.
* Maintain security protocols, guest confidentiality, and operational procedures.
* Keep the front desk area organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
* Collaborate effectively with hotel teams across departments and shifts.
* Participate actively in training sessions and continuously develop knowledge of hotel operations, local attractions, beverages, service techniques, and hospitality standards.
