YOUR TASKS:
Drafting and negotiating of a wide range of contracts for the development, manufacture and sourcing of key components with international suppliers and vendors, including cooperation and license agreements in relation to the development and/or use of technical know-how and intellectual property rights.
Ad hoc advice in regard of other types of agreements related to the Nordex Group's activities, e.g. real estate or equipment lease, IT-support or research & development cooperations, etc.
Preparing standard forms and templates, as well as providing legal in‐house training to staff.
Reporting to Legal Director Integral Procurement based in Pamplona.
YOUR PROFILE:
Qualification: Law Degree
Complementary Training: Master's degree in law and Negotiation.
Profile: Assertive professional, with good negotiation skills and able to work in a team and under pressure.
Professional with critical thinking, capable of making clear, impartial and well‐justified judgements, and with oral and written communication skills.
Professional with integrity, able to build and maintain trusting and collaborative relationships within the team and with support areas.
Native or advance professional English.
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in private practice or in‐house - experience in the construction and engineering or energy industries. Working with commercial contracts in an international environment.
Experience in a transnational company in the energy sector or in a first level top‐tier law firm.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organization, planning and presentation skills are essential.
Excellent English language skills are a must with ideally one other European language, including ability to negotiate contracts in those languages.
Risk and claim management, as well as insurance know‐how are a plus.
Availability to travel.
