Role : SAP Order-to-Cash Business Analyst (S / 4HANA)We are looking for an IT Application Analyst with SAP experience to support and improve Order-to-Invoice / Order-to-Cash processes in a general SAP S / 4HANA environment .This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, working closely with business stakeholders, the Application Manager and development teams to analyse processes, manage operational issues and deliver continuous improvements to SAP applications.The position combines Business Analysis with operational application support, ensuring SAP O2C processes run smoothly while driving enhancements across the system landscape.Act as the link between business stakeholders and IT teams for SAP O2C related topicsGather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user storiesSupport BAU operations of SAP O2C applications and help analyse operational issuesCoordinate with SAP consultants and developers to deliver system improvements and enhancementsParticipate in testing activities (UAT, validation, regression testing)Support continuous improvement initiatives for SAP-based business processesHelp prioritise business needs and prepare issues for delivery teamsYou are a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst with SAP exposure, comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical teams.You enjoy understanding how business processes work, analysing problems and helping translate business needs into system improvements.This role focuses on analysis, coordination and process improvement rather than hands-on SAP configuration .Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or a related field3+ years of experience working with SAP environments (ECC or S / 4HANA)Good understanding of Order-to-Cash / Order-to-Invoice processesKnowledge of SAP SD, MM or PP modulesExperience gathering requirements, writing user stories and functional documentationExperience supporting UAT and system enhancementsExperience with SA
