We are seeking a digitally savvy and results-oriented Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our customer acquisition and revenue generation efforts. You will be a key player in developing and executing innovative Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, nurturing leads through our extended sales cycle, and driving deeper engagement with our existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of ABM principles, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization. Only applicants who are based in Barcelona and hold a valid work permit for Spain will be considered.
Responsibilities :
* Identify and target key accounts, create personalized campaigns, and leverage channels such as LinkedIn, email, website, social media, and content marketing.
* Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on content strategy to develop compelling content that supports ABM initiatives.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics, conduct A / B testing, and leverage data insights for optimization.
* Manage marketing budget and resources effectively.
Qualifications :
* 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a focus on ABM and lead nurturing.
* Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, SEO / SEM, paid social, and content marketing.
* Proven experience in planning and executing successful ABM campaigns with multi-channel engagement.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred), A / B testing, and data analysis tools like Google Analytics.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
