**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency and security.
- Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and network security policies.
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring uptime and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular network audits, backups, and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement upgrades and new solutions.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for network-related issues.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, or similar networking equipment.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
- Understanding of network security best practices.
