Objective
Plan, execute, optimise, and scale MAPAL’s global digital presence mainly across UK, France, Spain and Mexico to increase visibility, authority, and measurable demand: high-intent traffic, pipeline, and SQLs. Own the full lifecycle from channel strategy and prioritisation to experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the regional Growth Team to ensure proper prioritization and planning to achieve growth for Mapal.

Ideal Candidate
A strategic, hands-on B2B SaaS digital marketer who operates like an owner. You know how to run paid acquisition and lifecycle programs that drive pipeline, while supporting broader brand credibility initiatives. You’re structured, commercial, data-led, comfortable in international teams, and proactive about building roadmaps, shipping experiments, and improving lead-to SQL performance.
Attitude and Skill Set Needed to Succeed
Growth Ownership (Paid + Lifecycle)
- Owner mindset: accountable for outcomes (SQLs, pipeline), not activity.
- Can build a market-by-market plan, prioritise channels, and run a clear execution cadence.
- Comfortable balancing always-on performance with quarterly campaign pushes.
Paid Media Excellence
- Hands-on experience running PPC and paid social (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads;
Meta/Microsoft a plus).
- Strong fundamentals: targeting, budget pacing, creative testing, landing-page alignment, and optimisation.
- Understands full-funnel B2B: capture demand, retarget intelligently, and improve lead quality.
Lifecycle Marketing (Email + CRM)
- Proven experience with email sequencing, nurture streams, and always-on lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong CRM hygiene at campaign level: segmentation, list management, routing inputs, database discipline.
- Can partner with Sales/SDRs to tighten follow-up, reduce leakage, and lift lead-to-SQL conversion.
Measurement & Performance Management
- Can measure from click to SQL: UTMs, dashboards, funnel conversion, and performance reporting.
- Turns data into decisions fast: what to scale, cut, or test next.
- Focused on commercial metrics (SQL rate, pipeline contribution, CPL/CAC trends), not vanity metrics.
Cross-Functional Execution (Sales + RevOps + Regions)
- Works smoothly across regional marketing, Sales, Content, Product Marketing and RevOps.
- Clear communicator who can brief, unblock, and keep stakeholders aligned to priorities.
- Organized and reliable: ships work, documents properly, and maintains cadence across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own MAPAL’s international digital demand strategy across core markets
- Run and optimise paid programs to drive SQLs and pipeline (budget, targeting, testing, pacing)
- Build CRM-based lifecycle programs (sequencing, nurture, always-on email)
- Ensure measurement and campaign ops discipline (UTMs, reporting, segmentation, database hygiene) with RevOps
- Partner with regional marketing and Sales to localise execution and improve lead-toSQL conversion
- Maintain a clear roadmap and report performance insights to marketing leadership, supporting launches as needed
