In this role you lead the Regional Asset Management unit for Spain and Portugal, aligning local strategy with global asset and property guidelines to optimize a mixed office and industrial portfolio. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive performance, occupancy, and value for the portfolio. You build strong client relationships and steer investments, negotiations, and due diligence to deliver measurable business results. A key hook is shaping a high-impact portfolio within a sustainability- and technology-forward environment.

• Align local strategy with general Asset u0026 Property strategy and implement standards
• Conduct market and location analyses to inform strategy
• Develop real estate strategies to optimize space and actively manage vacancies
• Lead and develop a team of 7 employees and manage stakeholder relationships
• Draw up investment proposals and coordinate with HUB and SRE
• Negotiate contracts and close rental agreements (internal u0026 external)
• Evaluate external providers with support from Property Management
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and drive cost optimization in office/industrial buildings
• Support acquisition and sale of real estate including due diligence and contract negotiations
• Oversee relocation of Siemens Spain HQ to a new collaboration environment with enhanced workplace and sustainability standards
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or comparable field
• Proven expertise in Corporate Real Estate Management, portfolio strategy, and asset, property u0026 facility management
• Experience in project management, real estate development, and risk management
• Leadership experience with ability to motivate and drive results
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Fluent in Spanish and English
