HUGO BOSS is looking a Stockista for our Store Boutique HUGO BOSS located at Paseo de Borne 1, Palma de Mallorca.
* 35 hours per week. From Monday to Friday.
* Fixed shifts : 8 : 30 AM to 3 : 30 PM.
* Two consecutive Days off.
* Inmediate incorporation.
* Permanent contract.
What you can expect :
In your role as a "Stockist," you will be responsible for all warehouse operations to optimize the retail business and enhance the efficiency of the sales process, driving commercial success.
* Responsible for managing and moving physical stock, as well as maintaining the overall stock flow and storage process to improve and accelerate the customer experience.
* Management of product flow between the warehouse and the sales floor.
* Support in all loss prevention operations.
* Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure that procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Your profile :
* Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and / or warehouse environment.
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to business needs.
* Competent use of business systems and the latest technology.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen.
* Willingness to learn and continuously develop.
* Passionate and knowledgeable about the brand.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
