About the role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join our international banking operations team in Madrid. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, delivering outstanding service across phone, email, and chat channels.
What you will do
Handle inbound queries from German-speaking customers regarding accounts, payments, and financial products
Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring full regulatory compliance
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to cease complex cases
Contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience
What we are looking for
German at C1/C2 level — written and spoken (mandatory)
Spanish at B2 level or above (mandatory)
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or finance preferred
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
EU work authorisation
