As a Traffic Specialist you will be in charge of optimizing and coordinating the workflow within the Pepe jeans graphics team to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently. Managing the flow of work from initial concept to final deliverable, ensuring deadlines are met.
What will the role entail?
* Receive and review project briefs assigned to the graphic team via Asana, email, or meetings with other departments or team members, ensuring all necessary elements are included.
* Assign workflow to the graphic team or freelance partners, ensuring they have all required information and materials to complete the tasks.
* Conduct interim (pit stop) reviews of received assets with senior marketing members to ensure deliverables meet expectations and quality standards.
* Ensure timely and final delivery of assets, and distribute them to the relevant end users.

Requirements
* 1 year of experience in a similar position.
* Experience in retail, fashion, beauty or FMCG will be a plus.
* Adavanced english level and spanish.
* Technical skills : Excel G suite and ideally use of an existing project management tool
