responsible for operating the supply branch at a global level ensuring high quality of delivery and easiness of the processes. This role also requires reporting possible incidences and the enhancements in the process or tool.

Main Responsibilities Property (Hotels) Onboarding Mapping both content and ARI (Available Room Inventory) Quality checks on content. Competitiveness checks. Live validation process. Channel manager implementation coordination.
Customer Service Supply Act as the final escalation point for all supply-related issues. Coordination IT support coordination to ensure training at all levels of supply within the company and also to coordinate possible solution implementation. Demand connectivity coordination to ensure proper priorities and deliveries into communication with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications Languages Proficient in English (written and spoken). Proficient in Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages are a strong advantage.
