Head of New Developments
As Head of New Developments, you are the company's main point of contact and public representative towards all developers and companies working with new developments in Marbella. Internally, you act as an advisor and expert to our real estate agents, ensuring they have updated and accurate information about all current projects. This is a key strategic role with direct impact on the company's growth within the new development segment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain close relationships with developers and new development partners in Marbella.
* Provide agents with updated price lists, floor plans, availability lists, and payment plans.
* Organize and coordinate onsite presentations and project viewings for all agents.
* Ensure that sales agreements and marketing materials are available and updated.
* Guarantee that all projects are reviewed and updated on a monthly basis.
* Act as the internal expert and support function within new developments.
* Structure and optimize follow-up processes with developers and agents.
* Contribute to building a scalable and efficient sales process within new production.
* Structure our work and collaborate with "Re-Developers" to promote their products.
Objectives
The objective of this role is to ensure our development within the area of promoting and selling new developments.

Requirements – Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
* Proven experience within new developments and/or real estate on the Costa del Sol
* Driving license and car
* Strong relationship-building and networking skills
* Highly structured and detail-oriented
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus; additional European languages are beneficial)
* Ability to work independently while supporting a larger sales team
* Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Familiar with MS Office and CRM systems
* Social Media skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok etc to promote products)
Work Hours
Monday to Friday 10:*******:00. Some flexibility may be required depending on project launches, developer meetings, and onsite events.
Salary & Compensation
* Fixed base salary
* Commission-based bonus structure
