Job Responsibilities:
A Mid-level SEO squad member is responsible for managing the delivery of day-to-day SEO work to Welocalize customers against their objectives and KPIs.
Mid-level SEO squad members are responsible for helping identify opportunities for the customers to further improve the efficiency or quality of the work delivered.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a non-exhaustive list of accountabilities and responsibilities of a Mid SEO Squad member:
* Overall Support the lead members on the delivery of SEO tasks and client communication
* Mentoring and tutoring junior members of the team, for example, training and up-skilling
* Help identify opportunities to further improve efficiency or quality of work delivered
* Proactively build internal relationships & communicate technical subjects effectively
* Support senior team members with strategy development for larger customers, and lead strategy development for smaller customers within the team
* Proactive analysis of data, and quality assurance of Junior SEO squad members' delivery output
* Define optimisation strategies for customers
* Own the day-to-day delivery of SEO work against customer objectives
* Work towards becoming a trusted advisor to clients through the communication of day-to-day performance management and strategies for short-term performance improvement
Key competencies
Advocate best practices in processes and tasks required to support SEO delivery
