Mission & Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, you will play a key role in strengthening Puig’s visibility with the global investment community.
Provide the Investor Relations team with market and sentiment insights to guide communication strategies and support leadership decisions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating Puig's financial performance and strategic vision. Support the preparation of investor materials in line with financial disclosure requirements, working closely with Corporate Communications, Legal and Finance teams to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prepare earnings materials including press releases, scripts, Q&A; documents, and presentations in advance of quarterly results. Help organize and participate in investor calls, conferences, roadshows, and non-deal investor meetings across key global markets. Monitor share price movements, trading activity, peer performance, and macroeconomic news to provide insights and context to internal stakeholders. Maintain IR databases, shareholder analysis tools, and investor contact records. Contribute to internal briefing materials for executives and ensure alignment of investor messaging with Puig’s brand values and strategic priorities. Assist in coordinating ESG-related investor communications, collaborating with the Sustainability teams to ensure consistent and accurate disclosures to the investment community.
Skills required for the position:
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA or CFA designation is a plus. Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of experience in investor relations within a publicly traded company, or in a related capital markets role such as equity research or investment banking, with strong familiarity with public company dynamics. Fluent in Spanish and English. Strong financial acumen, including experience with financial modeling, valuation, earnings analysis, and market benchmarking. Proven experience collaborating with executive teams. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills High attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Ability to collaborate across functions and operate in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for investor meetings and industry events.
