We are looking for a motivated and reliable Rental Exclusive to support the day-to-day management of a portfolio of holiday rental properties across the Marina Alta area.This role is ideal for a well-organised, customer-focused professional with rental experience, good local knowledge, and a hands-on approach to delivering excellent guest experiences.Tasks- Support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of short-term rental properties- Coordinate bookings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.Com, direct bookings, etc.)- Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay- Assist with organising check-ins and check-outs- Coordinate with cleaning, laundry, and maintenance teams- Ensure properties are well-presented and meet quality standards- Help resolve guest issues in a professional and timely manner- Support maintaining good relationships with property ownersRequirements- Previous experience in rentals is essential (short-term rentals, property management, or hospitality)- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- Good communication and customer service skills- Ability to handle day-to-day operational tasks efficiently- Basic problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude- Good knowledge of the Marina Alta area is an advantage- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends when required- Driving licence and own vehicle preferred- Languages: Spanish and English required;
