** ABOUT THE JOB**
- Create and deliver a fun and exciting, age-appropriate programme for children aged 3-12 & Teens which covers developmental needs and is full of magical moments.
- Take part & collaborate with the wider team in regular events, such as team days, parades, or evening party dances during the kids disco.
- Ensure our high childcare standards including health & safety guidelines.
- You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by answering parents/guardians’ questions, resolving issues and adapting if possible to guests’ requirements
**ABOUT YOU**
- You genuinely love and have experience of working with children, while confidently and pro-actively communicating with all guests and hotel team
- You are a fun outgoing personality with the confidence to engage and connect with children of all ages through active and playful interactions.
- Demonstrate capability to facilitate sessions whilst holding the full responsibility for the children in your care.
- Willingness to learn and commit, as well as being an adaptable and versátil individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You're flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, and bring enthusiasm to lively activities like kid's discos and evening entertainment sessions.
- You are fully conversational in English; additional languages will be helpful and you are willing to work as part of an international team.
