We are looking for candidates for the position of Vessel Specialist with at least 5 years of demonstrable experience in the position.
Responsibilities
- Fully conversant with international design codes for pressure vessels or spheres or storage tanks: ASME VIII Div.1 & Div.2, EN13445, PED EY, API650/620, EN14015.
- Design and Procure static equipment (such as Reactors, Columns, Drums, and tanks).
- Requisition and technical bid evaluation, further clarifications meeting with Supplier's experience.
- Vendor documentation experience.
- Interface with other specialists like process, civil, electrical, instrumentation and piping.
- Preparation and estimation of equipment loads and foundation load data.
- Experience with technical software (PV Elite, Compress & AMETANK).
- Finite Element analysis (FEA) experience is an added advantage.
- Experience with Storage Tank software (AMETANK) is an advantage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized institute.
- At least 5 years of experience in static equipment design in Power or Oil & Gas Industry.
- Fluent English.
