Experteer Overview In this role you act as the client-facing specialist for electronic FX execution within Institutional clients, shaping how eFX platforms are used and delivering market-best practices. You will drive adoption and growth of eFX solutions across the client base, partnering with Sales, Relationship Managers, and Trading to generate revenue and improve client outcomes. You’ll leverage data and metrics to identify opportunities, support platform rollouts, and feed feedback to Product and Tech teams to enhance pricing and workflows. This position sits at the intersection of Global Markets and digital distribution, helping BBVA strengthen its eFX offering worldwide.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Serve as the primary eFX execution contact for Institutional clients, handling platform usage, trade queries, and data analysis
- Drive adoption and wallet share of eFX solutions across clients
- Embed Radical Client Perspective by understanding needs and delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Relationship Managers to source and develop commercial opportunities
- Work with FX Trading to monitor execution quality, pricing, and client behavior to improve competitiveness
- Utilize execution metrics to identify opportunities and steer commercial initiatives
- Develop client-level analytics and reporting to support strategic decisions
- Support rollout and commercialization of new platforms, features, and functionalities
- Contribute client feedback to Product, Technology, and Quant teams to enhance pricing and workflows
- Coordinate onboarding and integration across internal and external platforms
- Engage with external vendors to improve platform performance and client coverage
- Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworksResponsabilidades
- 3-5 years of experience in FX markets with exposure to electronic FX execution
- Proven track record in client-facing roles serving Institutional clients and driving commercial outcomes
- Strong hands-on experience with electronic FX platforms: BidFX, FX Connect, FSS, Reactive Markets, FXALL, 360T, Bloomberg FXGO
- EFPA and EIP certifications are highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights
