At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a data-driven Infrastructure Capacity Manager to join the IT Platform for EMEA at a leading company in the banking sector.

This is a high-impact, strategic role at the intersection of AI infrastructure, performance engineering, and business decision-making, where you will take ownership of GPU capacity planning across a large-scale environment.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting GPU usage across clusters, ensuring the infrastructure evolves in line with business demand while remaining cost-efficient, secure, and high-performing.
This role goes beyond technical execution — you will translate complex metrics into clear, executive-level insights and actively contribute to investment and scaling decisions.
* Monitor and analyze GPU utilization using Prometheus and Grafana dashboards
* Own capacity planning and forecasting for GPU infrastructure
* Develop models to predict growth and optimize resource allocation
* Provide recommendations on scaling, hardware refresh, and cost optimization
* Prepare and present C-level reports and strategic slide decks
* Collaborate with engineering, finance, and procurement teams
* Ensure security, reliability, and compliance across Linux-based environments
Who are you?
* Strong understanding of GPU architectures and performance
* Solid experience with Linux systems and Docker
* Hands-on experience with Grafana and Prometheus
* Proven ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
* Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports
* Strong communication skills and business mindset
* Availability to go one day a week to the offices located in Madrid.
* English: C1 (required)
* French: C2 (strongly preferred)
