Experteer Overview
In this senior FP&A; role, you will own profitability analysis and management reporting for a integral audience, translating business dynamics into clear financial insights. You’ll partner with Finance, Commercial, and leadership to shape performance understanding and align planning with strategy. You will lead and evolve planning and reporting processes, including supporting a new EPM rollout. You combine financial acumen with process improvement and storytelling to drive better business decisions.

• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, and regional teams to drive alignment

• Define end-to-end planning processes, timelines, and risk management
• Translate business needs into formal requirements and model rules
• Lead or co-lead transformation initiatives to simplify processes
• Support EPM implementation, validate financial models, and perform data quality checks
• Lead or contribute to UAT and ensure outputs reflect real business scenarios
Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, or Business Analytics
• Strong P&L; understanding, forecasting methodologies, and financial modeling
• Experience delivering insights in a multinational environment
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work with large data sets and reconcile sources
• Familiarity with EPM tools (Anaplan, Oracle) and Power BI
• SQL or Python experience is a plus but not required
• Fluent in English
