As a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Workday reporting solutions for our organization. You will be responsible for both operational support (run) and project management to enhance our reporting and data analysis capabilities. You will work closely with HR and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into effective and relevant Workday solutions. An understanding of core HR processes (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management) is essential. Your main responsibility will be to handle the configuration and user support of the HCM modules. Support end-users with reporting updates, troubleshooting, and data validation Contribute to roadmap planning by advising on reporting/analytics feasibility, risks, and best practices Assist with the completion of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and participate in data load testing to ensure successful data integration Ability to translate HR business needs to design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix etc.), Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processes Support the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in production Analyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancements Build Workday Worksheets for audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them Assist in the development of a change process, communication and training, enhance reporting usability Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst specializing in Reporting Strong knowledge of Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, data sources, and dashboards Strong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Condition rules Previous exposure to Talent & Performance and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory Please apply with your English CV.
