Weekend Agent Travel Assistance - French / Spanish Market - Temporary Contract
Join our team as a Travel Customer Service Specialist at AXA Partners, based in Barcelona. We are looking for bilingual agents fluent in French and Spanish, with a high level of English, to provide international travel assistance on a part-time, temporary basis.
Role Overview:
You will implement assistance services, coordinate operations, and deliver tailored solutions to clients, ensuring excellent digital and customer service skills are applied. Your day-to-day tasks include handling international calls and emails, managing cases, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand client policies and apply the appropriate conditions.
* Advise and guide customers to suitable solutions, ensuring rapid and personalized responses.
* Handle international communications, document actions, and close cases appropriately.
* Coordinate with internal teams, explain client situations, and support medical claims decisions.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and protocol adherence.
Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent in French and Spanish;
proficient in English.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Empathetic, organized, and able to work under pressure.
* Flexible, team-oriented, and computer literate (Word, Excel).
* Willing to work weekend evening shifts (Friday to Sunday, 14:
