What you will do:
The Roles Key Responsibilities and Tasks
The Strategy Associate will be a key person within the Accommodation areaThe candidate will use excellent analytical strategic and communication skills to contribute to and deliver on our overall accommodation strategyYou will be working closely with crossfunctional teams Analytics Marketing Product Supply Prime and Revenue management to make improvements happen and you will be measured on the impact that those improvements make
As an eDOer you will have clear objectives great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customersAs a Strategy Associate in the Accommodation team you will be in charge of:
1. Work with the Accommodation area Senior Strategy Manager to formulate and deliver approaches to growing the value created by our Accommodation department
2. Ensure achievement of area objectives and KPIs by working handtohand with other stakeholders Marketing Product Supply Pricing etc
3. Present area performance and business opportunities identified to the Accommodation leaders and eDreams Clevel
4. Generate hypotheses perform analyses and communicate insights to gain indepth understanding of our trading and spot opportunities to maximize our areas performance
5. Identify dependencies between projects and define solutions
6. Inspire growth by proposing ideas and hypotheses on the strategy of the area based on analysis and crossfunctional discussions leveraging our Prime proposition
7. Continuously problemsolve throughout the process
8. What you need to succeed:

At least 3 years of experience in business strategy related roles;
past experience with data analytics is a must consulting startups tech companies Expertlevel proficiency in SQL and data visualisation tools eg Looker Outstanding analytical skills and eye for detail: ability to generate insights and use data to inform strategic and business decisions Proactive committed and highly motivated person with high levels of ownership Strategic mindset with handson mentality a problemsolver Strong interpersonal skills being able to perform in a fastpaced environment with crossfunctional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience in the travel industry is not a must Bachelor or Master degree in Business or STEM Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Applied AI Tools: Demonstrated comfort using practical AI tools such as Gemini or other AIpowered assistants Experimentation Mindset: Curiosity and eagerness to explore experiment with and integrate emerging AIdriven solutions into workflows AIEnhanced Problem Solving: Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity Adaptability and Learning Agility: Enthusiastic about continuously learning and quickly adapting to new AI features and capabilities
