🔧 Internship Opportunity | QHSE & Compliance
Aprojects NV is an Antwerp-based logistics company specialised in Heavy Lift and project cargo. As a serious player in international logistics, we place great importance on quality, safety, and a structured approach to operations. We're looking for a motivated intern to join and strengthen our QHSE team.
You'll work closely with our QHSE department and compliance team, contributing to concrete initiatives in the areas of quality, safety, health, and prevention, while also supporting the registration processes for suppliers and customers.
📌 What you'll do:
* Support the QHSE department on day-to-day topics related to quality, safety, health, and environment
* Contribute to the development and update of QHSE policies, procedures, and work instructions
* Assist in the preparation and follow-up of audits and certifications (e.g. EcoVadis, ISO)
* Support prevention activities and risk assessments within the organisation
* Manage the end-to-end registration process for suppliers and customers
* Document and improve workflows related to onboarding and data management
* Identify opportunities for process optimisation
* Research, compare, and recommend platforms or tools that support registration and QHSE processes
* Support the integration of selected tools into existing operations
📌 What we're looking for:
* Bachelor's or Master's student in QHSE, prevention, environmental science, logistics, business management, or a related field
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills in English or Dutch
* Genuine interest in QHSE, safety, prevention, or compliance
* Strong analytical and organisational skills
* Interest in process development and documentation
* Familiarity with supplier management or QHSE systems is a plus
* Detail-oriented with a structured and proactive mindset
