What are we looking for?
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our IT support service operations for international clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day support activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and acting as the main point of contact for end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise the IT support service, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for end clients, maintaining clear, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
* Coordinate and support the technical team, ensuring proper task allocation and incident prioritization.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in support processes and propose innovative solutions.
* Prepare service performance reports and participate in client review meetings.
* Ensure proper documentation of procedures, incidents, and resolutions.
* Collaborate with other departments (infrastructure, development, security, etc.) to deliver a comprehensive and aligned service.
What do you need?
* Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* Over 5 years of experience in IT support service management, preferably in international environments.
* Proven experience in direct communication with multinational clients.
* Strong communication, leadership, and customer-oriented skills.
* High level of Spanish and English (minimum C1);
additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or others related to IT service management.
* Experience managing distributed or remote technical teams.
* Familiarity with ticketing and monitoring tools (e.G., ServiceNow, Jira).
