About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Customer Service for an Industrial Plant, responsible for leading the customer service / customer operations function, acting as a key interface between customers, the commercial team, operations, and finance.
This is not an administrative role — it is a position with direct impact on business performance, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the economic performance of the function (profitability, cash flow, revenue quality)
Oversee forecasting, inventory, and collections
Manage project pipeline and increase customer value
Lead operational customer relationships (claims, quality, service)
Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and sales
Lead a team across two industrial plants
Foster a culture of excellence, proactivity, and customer focus
Profile
Experience in customer service, customer operations, or inside sales within an industrial environment
Strong business-oriented mindset (not administrative)
Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple stakeholders
