Experteer Overview
As Latam Account Manager you will drive revenue growth across Central and South America by shaping short- to medium-term sales strategies and cultivating profitable customer relationships. You work closely with Editorial and Marketing to ensure a coordinated, high-impact approach across the territory. You’ll lead and develop the sales team, monitor market and competitive activity, and report progress to senior management. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, optimize profitability, and deliver high customer satisfaction in a dynamic publishing environment.

• Conduct market, product, and competitor analysis and report to senior management

• Coordinate with internal departments (credit control, editorial, marketing, HE sales, sales support) to maximize territory coverage
• Establish strategic plans for the territory across short, medium, and long term
• Ensure adherence to company trading and terms policy to protect profitability in the territory/channel
