Position Location: Spain - Valencia
How you will make an impact:
As a Field Engineer representative, you will be responsible for delivering and building service excellence beyond customer expectations.
What you will do:
* Represent our company professionally, taking care of external and internal customers.
* Travel frequently within Spain/Portugal and occasionally to other countries in EMEA.
* Own and deliver service commitments, including installations, repairs, data analysis, calibrations, preventive maintenance, training, and radiation services on X-Ray fluorescence and optical emission spectrometers.
* Provide remote or on-site services within agreed conditions, setting accurate priorities.
* Prepare service reports, documentation, and protocols according to specifications.
* Build strong customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales teams to deliver profitable customer solutions that meet expectations.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through our Practical Process Improvement Business System.
Education:
Diploma or equivalent in electrical engineering, chemistry, electronics, or related technical training.
Experience:
At least five years in technical services, with field service experience preferred. Knowledge in heavy industrial processes (metallurgy, mining, geology, geochemistry, petroleum, polymers, glass, etc.) is advantageous.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues under stress.
* Strong knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
* Customer-friendly with a professional demeanor.
* Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
* Willingness to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally.
* Valid driver’s license.
* Self-organized and efficient.
