In Atos IT we are looking for a Consultant/a de Gestión del Cambio with experience leading technology, organisational and operational transformation initiatives. This position is key to supporting our clients in adopting new processes and technologies, ensuring a smooth and sustainable transition.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement change‑management strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
* Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and execute change plans that guarantee effective adoption.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate transition to new operating models.
* Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the change process.
* Produce clear documentation and compelling presentations for diverse audiences.
* Maintain strong and proactive client relationships.
* Support internal and external communication related to change initiatives.
Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in Change Management projects and adoption processes.
* Strong analytical skills and understanding of organisational processes.
* Knowledge and use of change‑management methodologies and tools.
* Official Change Management certification (HCMBOK, ADKAR or equivalent).
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
* Proactive attitude, customer orientation, and ability to build trust.
* English proficiency at least B2.
* Spanish proficiency at C1 (essential).
