We are looking for a Junior Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team, based in Palma. Our team is growing, so we seek a proactive and curious individual eager to develop their professional career in a Commercial department.
Main responsibilities :
1. Analyze and understand our destinations and clients, their business models, and their requirements.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to enhance upselling and cross-selling to clients.
3. Manage customer accounts, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
4. Educate clients on existing and new product features and functionalities, demonstrating how these can contribute to their business growth.
5. Acquire new clients by understanding their business models and conducting risk assessments.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify and create business opportunities.
7. Monitor performance reports, interpret data, and execute necessary actions with clients and within the organization.
8. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.
9. Serve as the central point of contact for clients and the organization.

Requirements :
* Previous experience in a commercial, product department, or similar role is highly valued.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage oneself within a team.

* Goal-oriented with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
