DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage partners proactively providing a timely response and resolution to incoming queries via telephone.
* Drive sales opportunities to meet sales quota and targets.
* Review level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary.
* Maintain an accurate pipeline of incoming deals and track their progress.
* Provide an accurate forecast to management on a regular basis.
* Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound.
* Liaise with commercial teams to optimize promotions and feedback customer needs.
REQUIREMENTS
* Native/fluent in German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level).
* B2B sales experience is essential.
* Solid sales background.
* Accounting management experience.
* Previous experience working with channel is a plus.
* Strong communication skills (oral and written).
* Work toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritization.
* Good computer skills.
* Self‑motivated with a desire to succeed.
* Ability to work independently while being a team player.
