Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultative support to Dutch-speaking business clients
* Assist with onboarding, configuration, and product activation
* Educate customers on cloud tools, features, and best practices
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal technical teams as needed
* Understand business needs and recommend suitable solutions or upgrades
* Maintain detailed CRM records and customer documentation
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adoption
* Stay informed on product updates and industry trends
Requirements
* Native/fluent Dutch (C1+)
* Fluent English (B2+)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in technology and cloud solutions
* Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and simply
* Previous customer‑facing or support experience is a plus (not mandatory)
