As you build a career with us, you’ll receive exactly the kind of benefits you’d expect from a leading name in healthy hydration.**Position Snapshot**:- Location: Esplugues, Barcelona - Spain- Company: Nestlé Spain, Nestlé Waters- Full Time**Position Summary**:CSD E-Commerce role has ownership of NWS e-commerce activities, with a goal of reaching aggressive growth targets. Major responsibilities include holistic management of the E-Commerce P&L; (Pricing, NNS, Trade Expenses and PFME investments), working with Sales teams to develop and execute programs with key e-Retailers defined in eCommerce landscape (Pure Players, Q-Commerce and Brick & Mortars).Identify opportunities for e-commerce expansion, development and execution of annual marketing plans, innovation and renovation, route to market enhancements (i.E. Direct Fulfillment liaison with Supply Chain, Packaging enhancements) and competitive/market analysis.**A day in the life of...**:- Achieving sales targets for e-Commerce- Develop and execute the annual e-commerce channel plan against aggressive growth targets.- Track and communicate sales performance against plan for all ecommerce universe (Pure Players, Q-Commerce, B&M;’s and potential DTC).- Internal Champion and Resource- Enhance E-Commerce understanding and mindset in the organization (Training, Trends)- In collaboration with Commercial Development Team, develop of e-Commerce channel strategy and priorities including price/pack architecture- Create and foster digital culture in line with Integral strategies- Work with Brand teams to identify and implement commerce-related opportunities that will drive business and help develop digital assets- Work with sales to implement commerce-related opportunities that will drive business with e-Partners- Evaluate industry trends, competitive situation, customer feedback, technological advances and marketing requirements- Channel Plan and Budget- Develop and execute the annual e-commerce plan against aggressive growth targets- Manage e-commerce marketing budget and P&L;, manage campaign budgets for e-Partners coordinating with sales/CDT, negotiating costs for elements such as advertising spaces or social media campaigns (Criteo, Google ad,..) to ensure they're within the budget allocated to each channel.- In charge of demand generation strategies within eCommerce Universe.- ROI Evaluation. Lessons Learned for continuous improvement.- Amazon and other relevant partners management- E-Commerce Acceleration- Single point of contact for E-Commerce Innovation & Renovation, All Value Chain opportunities (direct fulfillment, marketplace entries, packaging enhancements)- Direct testing opportunities, evaluation of new tactics, implementation of e-CRM programs, and all search/media/paid social activities related to e-commerce- Own execution of the basics (Images, Basic and Advanced Content, R&R; strategy)**What will make you successful**:- University or post-graduate qualification.- 2/3 years of experience in Generating Demand positions, especially in eCommerce.- Soft Skills are very valuable because of the intense relationship with Internal and external stakeholders (e-Partners, Customers, Marketing and Sales Teams)- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages an asset.
