Projects DevelopmentThe Center of Excellence for Projects executes strategic initiatives in process reengineering, organizational development, and transversal corporate projects. Our goal is to drive operational and organizational excellence using innovative methodologies and transformation approaches that make a difference in the market.
Main Projects
Reengineering key processes affecting the customer lifecycle, from analysis (Process Mining) to reinvention (Process Modeling, usability, and customer experience) and Monitoring.
Defining and configuring the Process Ecosystem, focusing on scalable and industrial process conception.
Managing transversal projects to meet corporate business, organizational, regulatory, and transformation needs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), process design (Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Kaizen), and user experience design (Human-Centered Design, UX Research).
Experience with process management and design tools (Aris, Bizzagi, BPM Systems) and BPMN modeling.
Experience in managing projects/portfolios, especially in process transformation areas.
Intermediate level in written and spoken English.
Knowledge and experience in Financial Entities' activities are valued.
Key Competencies
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration across technology, business, and customer experience areas.
Capacity to propose radical process transformations focused on value creation.
Knowledge of AI capabilities applied to Processes (IAG, Agentic AI) and Process Mining and automation solutions (Celonis, UiPath, Camunda).
Data analytics skills (SQL, SAS, Python).
Understanding of Process Architectures and Enterprise Architectures.

Job ProfileAnalyze and redesign processes, applying methodologies and standards to ensure continuous improvement of operational efficiency, quality, and control, impacting key KPIs (Touch Time, Cost, etc.). Govern the process portfolio and related methodologies.
