 
        
        We’re searching for a dedicated General Aftersales Manager to join our yacht repair and aftersales team based in Puerto Banus, Spain. If you possess a passion for representing brand values then we would love to hear from you! 
Hours: Mon-Fri role, however as part of the management team there will be some on-call responsibility and flexibility required for Saturday mornings particularly within the main season. 
**About the Role** 
This is a very hands-on role who will suit someone who loves that no two days are the same. Spinning lots of plates; you would find enjoyment in building the foundations for future growth development. With this you will be transparent and build excellent relationships amongst the team and throughout the group. 
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities** 
- To work with the Aftersales Director to formulate an Aftersales policy. 
- To organise your team and resources to achieve maximum productivity and meet profit targets. 
- To develop and agree Service Retro & Parts department plans and budgets to achieve sales and financial targets, ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the Service, Retro Parts departments by satisfying and retaining customers. 
- To monitor continuously all factors affecting the achievement of plans. 
- Assess trends in all key indicators, agree corrective action and implement in a timely manner to improve long term profitability. 
- To control all department resources - materials, financial and personnel, providing an effective department structure with competent personnel - at a level commensurate with profit requirements and enhanced customer relations. 
- To further develop and monitor the highest standards of service throughout the Service operation. 
- To set a quality standard, manage its adoption and performance of staff against it. 
- Responsible for ensuring that recall campaigns are performed in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines. 
**Requirements**: 
Experience in the marine industry as an office manager/service manager/technical manager/Gerente de Postventa 
Proven ability to manage budgets and grow a department 
Administration and organisation skills are imperative
