What are we looking for?
* A university degree with professional experience.
* Creative, proactive individuals willing to generate change and propose innovative solutions.
* Sensitivity to the fashion and retail sector.
* Residence in BCN or surrounding area.
* High level of English; other languages are a plus.
* Immediate availability for incorporation.
What will your role be?
As a Outlet Product Distribution, you will ensure that all managed points of sale are properly assorted and allocated with the right products, at the right time, and in the correct volumes to optimize stocks and maximize sales.
1. POS analysis
Analyze the overall situation and product-related KPIs of the assigned POS (e.g., sales and stocks, best sellers) to track evolution, detect deviations, and make decisions regarding product assortment and allocation, in coordination with your supervisor. Prepare a weekly action plan by product and country.
2. POS replenishment management
Manage creation of initial and replenishment orders, store capacity, promotional prices, movements, and returns between POS, ensuring proper registration and process monitoring to meet POS needs, optimize stocks, and guarantee proper replenishments. Manage new POS openings within your scope, creating initial orders and related data in the systems.
3. Coordination with sales teams
Maintain frequent contact with sales teams at your responsibility, perform visits to gather needs, understand customer typology, provide product and relevant information, resolve issues, and gather feedback to ensure proper operation and facilitate decision-making.
4. Commercial initiatives
Participate in defining commercial initiatives for the managed POS, adjusting promotions and prices during sales seasons and other promotional activities in coordination with your supervisor.
