The Digital Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives supporting Customer Support transformation at Schneider Electric.
Working within Schneider Digital, the role orchestrates the full lifecycle from discovery phase to global deployment and value realization, delivering scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance frontline agent efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.
The Project Manager acts as a program orchestrator across business, product, and operation teams, ensuring strong alignment, execution excellence, and measurable business impact across regions.
What will you do:
1. End-to-End Program Delivery
Own the full project lifecycle: discovery → scoping → pilot → rollout → closure
Define and drive scope, roadmap, and success criteria definition and realization
Ensure delivery against timeline, budget, quality, and business objectives
Establish and maintain project governance (SteerCo, reviews, reporting)
Lead risk, issue, dependency, and change management
2. Digital & AI Solution Delivery
Translate business needs into scalable digital / AI use cases
Coordinate with product and technical teams on:
Solution design and architecture
Data flows and system integrations
MVP / pilot definition and execution
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery
3. Stakeholder Alignment & Governance
Align a complex ecosystem (business leaders, product teams, regions, support functions)
Drive decision-making, transparency, and milestone alignment
Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve cross-functional dependencies
Orchestrate global governance and review forums
4. Deployment, Change & Adoption
Ensure successful global rollout across countries and user groups
Partner with change teams to define:
Communication and adoption strategies
Training and enablement plans
Monitor and actively drive user adoption and behavioral change
5. Value Realization & Performance Management
Define and track business impact KPIs, such as:
Agent productivity and efficiency gains
Automation / case deflection rates
Customer satisfaction improvements
Ensure benefits are measured, sustained, and optimized post-deployment
Drive continuous improvement and scaling of solutions
6. Vendor & Ecosystem Management
Collaborate with external vendors and technology partners
Ensure delivery alignment on scope, timeline, and quality
7. Execution & Communication Excellence
Deliver clear, concise, and structured communication
Provide transparent reporting to leadership
Demonstrate ownership, autonomy, and proactive execution
Drive initiatives with a results-oriented and solution-driven mindset

What will make you successful:
5+ years in project or program management (digital / IT / transformation)
Experience in AI, digital, or customer support transformation is a strong plus
Proven experience in international and cross-functional environments

Project & Program Management: strong foundation in project management (scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality), experience managing complex, multi-country programs, ability to structure and drive execution with rigor
Digital & AI Acumen
Understanding of AI, automation, and data-driven solutions

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, Management, AI, Data Scientist, Digital Marketing or related field
Fluent in English
Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, risk, quality)
Experience managing complex, cross-functional, global programs
Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP practices
Tools
Advanced PowerPoint (executive storytelling)
Excel (KPI tracking, analysis)
Familiar with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence)
Digital & Technical Acumen
Understanding of digital, AI, and data-driven solutions
Ability to work with tech teams on integrations and data flows
Exposure to CRM / customer support platforms (e.g. Microsoft Salesforce)
