What you´ll do
* Production Manager for Liquid Filling Department.
* Department organization focusing Safety as first priority with full responsibility for the whole production area.
* In charge of production plan fulfilment in time and quantities/quality with the required resources.
* Strategy definition and execution to reach the KPI's, according to the process engineers evaluation and analysis, and aligned with the plant strategy
* Coordination with other departments (Engineering and Maintenance) to achieve KPI's People organization, training programs and development skills in the production area.
* Direct reporting to Head Production.
What makes you a good fit
* Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic.
* 2-3 years of experience leading production and Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Programs.
* Leadership and Execution skills Team Building skills for working in a very dynamic teams but with high degree of autonomy.
* Experience in Projects organization and execution.
* Analytical thinking for a highly complex problems/situations with multivariable topics.
* Good attitude and proactivity to optimize processes in a factory environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset
