About the role: As our Onboarding and Implementation Team Leader, your mission is to transform our onboarding and implementation operations team into a state-of-the-art mechanism, ensuring every customer undergoes a standardised, efficient onboarding and implementation process that maximises efficiency and results.
* Streamlined Onboarding Process: Reduce implementation time by 20%, minimise bottlenecks, and ensure smooth customer implementation. This will be measured by onboarding completion speed and rates, deployment of upsells, and customer feedback.
* Improved Team Productivity and Efficiency: Increase the productivity of the onboarding team by optimising processes, implementing task automation, and streamlining workflows. This will be measured by tracking individual and team productivity metrics, as well as overall customer satisfaction.
* Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting: Provide actionable insights to senior leadership using onboarding and customer data, by building relevant reports that drive business achievements. Measured by the relevance and effectiveness of recommendations that lead to operational improvements and customer retention.
* Monitor and Report on Performance: Track key metrics related to onboarding efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
* Implement Automation Tools and Analytics: Evaluate, benchmark, and manage tools while developing dashboards and reports.
* Lead the Onboarding and Implementation Operations Team: Manage and support the onboarding team to ensure smooth and successful customer implementations.
* Enhance Internal Processes: Proactively challenge, improve, and optimise existing internal processes to increase efficiency and productivity, owning the operational mission.
As our Onboarding and Implementation Team Leader, you will have:
* +5 years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights
* Comfortable writing queries and pulling data, creating analysis, data visualization, solid SQL skills
* Strategic vision, shaping sales operations for rapid growth and efficiency
* B2B SaaS experience with sales teams of over 100 members
* Experience handling multiple topics simultaneously and prioritising effectively
* Leadership and team management experience
* Experience in process optimisation
* Data-driven mindset, familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, databases, and CRM systems
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
