As an EDI Subject Matter Expert, you drive EDI enhancement delivery for European messages within a global middleware team. You will coordinate requirements, SAP-related changes, and partner implementations, while providing high-level support and ensuring quality throughout the SDLC. You collaborate with cross-regional IT and business stakeholders to deliver stable, scalable middleware solutions. This role offers visibility across regions and a chance to shape EDI and integration capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead EDI enhancement delivery for European messages
• Clarify business and technical requirements for changes
• Coordinate SAP-related changes when applicable
• Implement new European EDI partner requests
• Define and validate technical requirements for new message flows
• Coordinate offshore development activities and review deliverables
• Provide 4th-level support for complex EDI issues
• Use ServiceNow for incident tickets and collaborate with offshore teams
• Prepare solutions for customer testing and support cross-platform improvements
• Share knowledge across regions and teams
Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting EDI systems
• Strong knowledge of UN/EDIFACT and EANCOM standards xpzdshu
• Senior-level experience with middleware platforms (SAP PI, SAP CPI, WebMethods, IBM WebSphere, Seeburger or similar)
• Fluency in English (other languages appreciated)
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
